Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Stance, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Stance is operated by CitroSpace.

You need an account to use Stance. Keep your login secure and use accurate details — in particular your height and weight, since every biomechanical measurement is scaled by them and wrong values produce wrong analysis. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Stance is intended for players aged 13 and over. Younger players may use it only with a parent, guardian or coach who consents and supervises.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. You grant us the permission needed to store and process them in order to produce your analysis and show it back to you — nothing more.

Only upload footage you have the right to upload. If other people appear in your video, you are responsible for having their permission. Do not upload anything unlawful, or footage of a person who has not agreed to be recorded.

Stance produces estimates from video, not laboratory measurements. Accuracy depends on your camera angle, frame rate, lighting and how much of the delivery or shot is visible. Some metrics are deliberately withheld when the footage cannot support them — a blank value means “not measurable here”, which is intentional rather than a fault.

Coaching summaries are generated automatically and are informational. Stance is not medical, physiotherapy or injury advice. Do not use it to diagnose or treat an injury; consult a qualified professional for that.

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access another user’s data, or use automated means to extract data at scale. We may suspend accounts that do.

Usage limits apply so the service stays available for everyone — including limits on storage and how many analyses can run at once.

Stance is under active development. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We aim to avoid losing your data, but you should keep your own copies of any footage that matters to you.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes or anonymises your personal data, sessions and uploaded media. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Stance is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of analysis output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
